Processing time

Every ZANO piece is carefully checked and packaged by hand before it ships. Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible after your purchase is confirmed.

Delivery within Egypt

Orders within Egypt are delivered in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and local customs, and an estimate is shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ZANO is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
