Return Policy

Every ZANO piece is handcrafted and finished by hand in Cairo. For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We encourage you to review product photos, descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us before you buy and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or incorrect items

We check every piece before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will replace the item at no extra cost. If a replacement isn't available, we will offer you a refund to your original payment method.
